With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Scott has significant experience in business management of infrastructure, rail and building business as well as project delivery and leadership roles on major infrastructure and building projects.
Scott’s strong track record of engagement with clients, and key stakeholders has resulted in excellent long-term working relationships.
Formerly a Board Member of NSW Civil Contractors Federation, as well as a current Board member of Roads Australia, Scott has a real passion for the construction industry and actively involved in delivering on Roads Australia’s Strategic Plan over the last 6 years.
As the CEO of the Fredon Group, Scott works with each of our divisions to continue the development and growth Fredon has seen over the past 51 years and ensure that as a group, we are providing the right level of support and guidance to be a leading contractor in the sectors of Electrical, HVAC, Security, Technology, Asset Services, Infrastructure and Mining and Industrial.
Scott is committed to long term sustainable outcomes for the business, which includes the development and training of people, the health and wellbeing of staff and providing a safe working environment through passionate and engaging leadership.
Prior to joining Fredon, Scott was the NSW/ACT Executive General Manager for John Holland, where he was responsible for the NSW/ACT business and a member of the Executive Leadership Group.
